Return Policy/Cancellations

Once an order is placed it goes into the first stage of processing immediately. All items are made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned.  All orders are final.

 

However, your complete satisfaction is my highest priority. Should you experience any issues with your order, you must fill out a claim form (found at the bottom of the home page) within 2 days of receiving the order. After 2 days have passed I will no longer be able to issue replacements.

Please note that items with minor print imperfections or small bends in corners or white borders will not be replaced. Due to the nature of printing and cutting corrugated plastic, some minor imperfections are expected. While we do our best to package the signs carefully, there are bound to be small bends or tiny scratches that occur during shipping across the country. Bends can usually be improved by putting stakes inside the bent flutes and laying heavy books on the bent edges. Yard Cards are meant to be viewed from a distance and minor flaws such as these will not detract from your displays. Imperfections that cannot be seen from a distance of 10' or greater will not be eligible for replacement. Thank you for understanding.
